Very easy to order parts on your website!

I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
